Embarking on a Parisian Culinary Tale
In the heart of Paris, within the cozy confines of my first flat, I discovered the magic of culinary creation. It was a momentous occasion, marked by the arrival of dear friends, and I, in eager anticipation, crafted my inaugural recipe. Little did I know that this apricot and cinnamon chicken would become a cornerstone in my culinary repertoire…
A Parisian Debut
The apricot and cinnamon chicken emerged as my culinary debut in my beloved Paris, a city that pulses with gastronomic inspiration at every corner. As I stirred the pot in my Parisian kitchen, the aroma of spices and the sweet notes of apricot infused the air. It was more than just a dish; it was a gesture of hospitality, a canvas upon which I painted my culinary welcome for cherished friends.
Tajine-Inspired Simplicity
Drawing inspiration from the enchanting world of tajines, my apricot and cinnamon chicken is a Parisian interpretation of this North African delight. Simpler in execution yet rich in flavors, it became an instant favorite : a bridge connecting Paris to the culinary traditions of distant lands.
The Joker Recipe
Since that memorable day in Paris, the apricot and cinnamon chicken has become my culinary joker, my trump card when I seek to please and delight. It is the dish that effortlessly transforms an ordinary gathering into a feast. Evidently, it has earned its place as a go-to, not just for its taste, but for the memories it invokes.

Côtes du Brian’s White Symphony
Enter the Côtes du Brian, a white wine hailing from the sun-kissed vineyards of my beloved Languedoc-Roussillon.
Primarily crafted from the Grenache Gris grape variety. Occasionally, winemakers blend in Syrah and Carignan. Unlock the Full Potential at 8-10 °C.
From Floral to Citrus Zest
Experience a lively palate adorned with floral tones, white flesh, and vibrant citrus notes. Dive deeper, and you might encounter subtle hints of fennel, chamomile, hawthorn, and even a touch of wasabi, all harmonizing with ripe fruit and a tantalizing brightness.
