GIN BO’ (GIN WITH CREMANT DE BOURGOGNE)
Strange enough, I drank for the first time a “gin to” (for gin tonic), only a couple of years ago with French friends visiting us in London! Ironic isn’t it? And to be honest, I do like it very much indeed…
I was looking for a festive drink and was aware that some cocktails are made with gin and champagne. But what about our Crémant de Bourgogne ? The lovely legend said that this special sparkling Burgundy wine made history in 1830 under the pen of Alfred de Musset who celebrated it in his poems “the secrètes pensées de Raphael”.
So please find my “gin Bo'”, an excellent cocktail to celebrate the Christmas spirit season !

6 cl gin

25 cl Crémant de Bourgogne
Place 1 lime slice into each glass.
Add the gin and top up with the Crémant.

Gin tonic Bourguignon
Pour 2 personnes
Citron vert
6 cl de gin
25 cl de Crémant de Bourgogne
Déposez 1 tranche de citron vert dans chaque verre.
Ajoutez le gin puis complétez avec le Crémant.
