ORANGE MARMALADE AND HAZELNUT CAKE
I have never really loved marmalade until I came to London where I discovered amazing ones! Sour but not too much, sweet without an industrial aftertaste… I have learned to cook with (both sweet and salt), and I am so happy not to have given up about the marmalade (strange as in French we said “marmElade”…).
Imagine paired with the hazelnuts… You have to definitely try it!
Serves 6
20 g brown caster sugar
Preheat your oven at 180°.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients listed without the marmalade.
Pour the preparation in a lined mould cake.
Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile liquefy lightly the marmalade in your MW.
Spread it all over the cake once cooked.
