(Saturday night supper)
Many years ago (5-6 years??), I used to produce a lot of menus (fuss free weekly menus HERE), to help people with everyday cooking especially mothers, looking for a little bit of help after school days. It was maybe a little bit too early as it did not really meet success; compare to the numbers you may find today on the blogosphere. But a friend of mine ask for a different kind of menu, a menu for the weekends, as in my beloved country, you normally received on Saturday nights.
I will then propose every months for a start, a “Saturday night supper”, which will take place on Fridays. It will be as follow :
1 aperitif
1 starter
1 main course
1 dessert
We begin this Februarius (February in Latin), with a menu I do hope you will like!
