CHOCOLATE FLAN
If you are looking for a chocolate dessert but a bit fed up with cookies, crumbles or cake, go for the chocolate flan then! I am aware that flan is not the dessert tradition in Great Britain but why not give it a try! The taste will be subtle but with a chocolate hint at the end : a really good flan texture you are going to appreciate more and more.
