PRAWN NAGE WITH COCONUT AND LEMONGRASS
When I wrote « nage » in the title of my recipe I have to be honest with you : absolutely no word really appear to translate it in English! A “swim” of prawns was the only translation I came with so I left it to a “nage”. No worries, it is like a consommé but with lots of ingredients “swimming”. So, I have put prawns, mushrooms, lemongrass and a good amount of coconut milk. Enjoy this Thai inspirational dish!
Wine pairing : Pessac- Léognan(White) from Bordeaux.
