TUNA AND APPLE SALAD
Who may have thought about pairing tuna with apples and Emmental? This little spring-y salad is perfectly balanced. Use the dressing of your choice and you may enjoy this lovely composed salad as a starter or a light lunch!

Serves 3
100 g rocket salad
150 g sweetcorn
150 g canned albacore tuna
150 g diced emmental
2 Pink Lady apples cored and diced (for me)
In a salad bowl, combine delicately all the
ingredients.
Add the salad dressing of your choice and serve!

Salade de thon aux pommes
Pour 3 personnes
100 g de roquette
150 g de maïs
150 g de thon albacore émietté
150 g d’emmental coupé en dés
2 pommes Pink Lady pour moi épépinées et coupées en morceaux
Dans un saladier, mélangez délicatement tous les ingrédients.
Ajoutez la vinaigrette de votre choix et servez!
