WHOLEGRAIN MUSTARD CHICKEN

Definitely, a meal which smells autumn! In France, we tend to cook a lot with mustard even though it seems that this French condiment comes from England actually! Terribly easy as usual, this dish could become a classical at your table! Don’t be reluctant by the mustard as in wholegrain style it is smoother and the kids (and teenagers), adore the taste so let’s prepare it and enjoy!

Wine pairing : Pécharmant (Red) from the South West.

WHOLEGRAIN  MUSTARD CHICKEN
Serves 4

4 chicken breasts diced
2 tbsp of wholegrain mustard
20cl of crème fraîche
1 shallot chopped
Olive oil
In a pan, soften the shallot in a little bit of olive oil then add the chicken.
Cook for a further 15 minutes over a slow heat.
In a little pan, reheat gently the crème with the mustard. Set aside.
Put this mixture on the chicken a few minutes before serving, combining well.
Serve with fresh tagliatelles.

Poulet à la moutarde ancienne
Pour 4 personnes
4 blancs de poulet coupé en morceaux
2 CAS de moutarde à l’ancienne
20cl de crème fraîche
1 belle échalote ciselée
Huile d’olive
