(Salade d’abricots, feta et olives)
When it is sunny outside, nothing can beat a lovely salad with a summery vibe given by colorful ingredients like the apricots and pomegranate seeds. Obviously, we do prefer to stay outside than in our kitchen cooking! But with this minute dish, so easy to prepare, you will have plenty of time to stay in the sun eating this gorgeous salad…;)

Apricots
Feta cheese
Pomegranate
Green olives
Rocket salad
APRICOTS, FETA AND OLIVES SALAD
Serves 4
7 fresh apricots, pitted and diced
200g of feta cheese crumbled
100g of green olives pitted and cut in half
The seed of half a pomegranate
A little rocket salad
In a lovely bowl, combine all the ingredients listed above together.
Add a dressing, toss well and serve!

Pour 4 personnes
7 abricots frais dénoyautés et coupés en quartier

200g de feta émiettée
100g d’olives vertes dénoyautées et coupées en deux
Des graines de la moitié d’une grenade
Une petite salade roquette
Dans un joli saladier, combinez tous les ingrédients listés.
Faire une vinaigrette, mélangez bien le tout et servez bien frais !
