This dish is one of my favorites in the quick and balanced repertoire. It is a journey to the South of France in itself… It is full of flavor, easy to do and absolutely everyone adores it… In fact, when I have friends over, who may be a little bit moody, I always propose those pasta which seem to have a “therapeutic” side. My friends always felt better afterward, it is so yummy!!! If you are afraid of anchovies, do not hesitate to replace it with tuna instead…
Wine pairing : Vin de pays d’Oc (Rose) from Languedoc-Roussillon.
