PAPILLOTES OF SALMON WITH TAPENADE AND TOMATO SORBET (Saumon en papillote à la tapenade et son sorbet tomate)

PAPILLOTES OF SALMON WITH TAPENADE AND TOMATO SORBET
(Saumon en papillote à la tapenade et son sorbet tomate)

This dish is so easy and delectable, it’s a shame not to do it. I have created a tomato sorbet following a meal in my favorite Indian restaurant Rasoi Vineet Bhatia, where they served some. I just had to articulate this beautiful sorbet to an easy dish but with a festive note! Why not pair it with salmon papillote and tapenade ? Delicate and delicious, your taste bud will be enraptured… Created for my previous blog, I could see that a famous British lifestyle magazine has copied (not very nice…) my recipe. Never mind, enjoy this marvel!

Wine pairing : Saint-Joseph (Red) from the Rhône Valley.
