ASPARAGUS VELOUTE WITH ROCAMADOUR WHIPPED CREAM (Velouté d’asperges et chantilly de Rocamadour)

ASPARAGUS VELOUTE WITH ROCAMADOUR WHIPPED CREAM
(Velouté d’asperges et chantilly de Rocamadour)

Between you and I, no one can go wrong with a velouté, especially if you are out of ideas! I know quite well that soup served for dinner may appear a little bit simple, a little bit boring especially for Christmas. But well presented, with gorgeous ingredients and a little je ne sais quoi, your velouté will be the winner at your Christmas table… And no worries for the Rocamadour whipped cream (take any kind of strong goat cheese if you cannot find my beloved Rocamadour…), it is so simple to realize you have no idea…

Wine pairing : Agenais (White) from the South West.
