A quintessential French sandwich, the “rillettes-cornichons” is an institution in France. You will find it in any bakeries or any brasseries all over the country. Simplicity is the definition of this lovely and so delicious snack… Rillettes come in numerous variety : pork, duck, goose and even chicken! To my opinion, goose are the best… ;)

Wine pairing : Coteaux de Coiffy (Red) from the Champagne.

RILLETTES AND GERKINS SANDWICH
Serves 1


Goose rillettes
A piece fresh baguette open in half
Some gherkins sliced

Spread the rillettes on one side of the baguette.
Place the gherkins.
Close the baguette and enjoy!

Sandwich rillettes et cornichons

Pour 1 personne 
1 morceau de baguette
Rillettes d’oie 
Cornichons
 
Ouvrez le morceau de baguette en deux.
Garnissez un côté de rillettes et de cornichons coupés dans la longueur.
Refermez et dégustez !
