ALSATIAN FLAMMEKUECHE

The Flammkuchen orFlammenkueche is an Alsatian specialty from a peasant tradition. It appeared in the 19e century in large typical farmhouses. The pie consists of 2 elements : cream and garnish. So easy to create, this “flamma” will be perfect for a quick Sunday dinner…

Wine pairing : Edelzwicker (White) from Alsace.

    A bientôt Sandy !
