DATES AND PISTACHIOS FLAPJACK (Flapjack aux dattes et pistaches)

DATES AND PISTACHIOS FLAPJACK
(Flapjack aux dattes et pistaches)

It’s really never easy to choose a proper snack for the children. We all wish to give something healthy, nice and yummy. After a while, we tend to give up and go for the comfy solution : to buy the usual chocolate bars or biscuits. Oh, no worries, I do it as well but to be honest, I prefer to prepare a little box for my children with nuts, dry fruits, home made biscuits and SOMETIMES a chocolate bar…
These flapjacks are very yummy and ready in 15 minutes. No excuses then…
