PINEAPPLE, STRAWBERRY, BLACK PEPPER AND BASIL SALAD

(Salade d’ananas, fraises, poivre noir et basilic)

The sun seems to go into its summer quarters and you are looking for something light and tasty… Would you like a fresh fruit salad with a little “je ne sais quoi”? A fruit salad so good that you cannot get enough of it ? So do not search any further, it is just here : pineapple, strawberries, basil, coconut… and obviously a generous pinch of black pepper to finish it “avec brio” !!!

Wine pairing : Crémant-de-Limoux (Sparkling white) from Languedoc-Roussillon.

IN YOUR FRIDGE
Pineapple
Strawberry
Basil
Coconut and pineapple juice

IN YOUR CUPBOARD
Black pepper

PINEAPPLE, STRAWBERRY, BLACK PEPPER AND BASIL SALAD
Serves 6
1 large pineapple (diced)

A little bunch of fresh basil (finely chopped)

300g 10,5 oz of strawberry (cubed)

50cl 1,6 oz of pineapple and coconut juice

A generous pinch of black pepper.

Combine delicately the pineapple with the strawberries.

Add the juice, the basil and the black pepper.

Set aside in the fridge.

Best served chilled.

Salade d’ananas, fraises, poivre noir et basilic

Pour 6 personnes
1 ananas coupé en morceaux

Un petit bouquet de basilic

300g de fraises coupées en morceaux

50cl de jus d’ananas et de noix de coco

Quelques grains de poivre vert moulu

Dans un joli bol, mélangez délicatement l’ananas aux fraises.

Coupez le basilic très fin et ajoutez-le ainsi que le poivre et le jus dans le bol.

Bien mélanger.

Réservez au frais avant de servir.
